Doctor Todd’s killer ‘confirmed’ as major Emmerdale star and suspect exits

Doctor Caitlin Todd’s (Caroline Harker) killer has potentially been revealed following the news another Emmerdale star is leaving.
Earlier this month, a flashforward sequence aired that confirmed evil Dr Todd will be murdered by a village resident.
The character is currently working in Sheffield, convinced that she won’t face any police consequences for raping and blackmailing Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins).
Doctor Todd’s theory that she won’t be going to prison will come true, but she will meet a deadly end in the near future, as opposed to one behind bars. At the moment, the people high on our list of potential suspects are Charity, Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick).

In true soap fashion though, there is every possibility Doctor Todd’s killer will turn out to be someone very surprising.
Noah Dingle, played by Jack Downham, will soon tell Mackenzie that he’s considering applying for jobs abroad. Interestingly, Jack’s exit from the ITV soap was confirmed earlier this week, suggesting that Noah may secure a new job overseas.
However, while Noah is searching for new adventures elsewhere, it’s very possible the character could go on the run after killing Caitlin.
Something worth noting is that in the flashforward, it looks like Doctor Todd is lying on the floorboards in Jacobs Fold, where Noah lives.

Could he discover what Doctor Todd did to his mum and take action?
In the aftermath, will Noah’s family help him escape the village to prevent time behind bars?
News of Jack’s exit from Emmerdale comes amid a huge cast change for the show.
Alongside Jack and Caroline Harker, Olivia Bromley (Dawn Taylor), Nick Miles (Jimmy King) and Bradley Johnson (Vinny Dingle) are also departing the soap.
