Sadie’s horrifying Jimmy revelations proven true in Emmerdale – and even more comes to light
Sadie King (Patsy Kensit) has dropped even more bombshells about the secret relationship she had with Jimmy King (Nick Miles) in Emmerdale.
I mean, she was hardly going to come back to live a quiet, peaceful life in the village, was she?
The iconic face, last seen in 2006, returned to our screens in yesterday’s episode.
Apparently, taking the scenic route through the Yorkshire Dales wasn’t good enough for Sadie – she wanted to see them from the sky instead. Sadie entered the village in a red helicopter, mirroring her first scene back in the day.
She claimed that she was back to pay her respects following Jimmy’s death. A bunch of residents were suspicious that she had an ulterior motive, but Sadie said that wasn’t the case.
Pushing her for more answers, Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) was absolutely beside herself when Sadie revealed that she had been in a relationship with Jimmy for three years.
Sadie was back at Nicola’s house in today’s episode, planning on revealing more information about the relationship she had with Jimmy. She told Nicola and Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) that she had no reason to suspect that Jimmy was keeping secrets from her, because she was under the impression he had split from Nicola after an affair, and that she was living in Hotten.
It definitely seemed like an elaborate lie that Sadie had cooked up for fun, but she then mic-dropped an extra few bombshells.
Sadie reeled off a bunch of information about Nicola and Jimmy’s children Elliot, Angelica and Carl, and there was no way Sadie would’ve known this information without Jimmy telling her. To further prove that everything she was saying was true, Sadie then flicked through a number of pictures of her and Jimmy on her phone.
This wasn’t even everything. Flashbacks revealed that Jimmy was on the phone to Sadie right before he crashed his car. Sadie was waiting for Jimmy in a hotel room, but he stated that he wasn’t able to make it due to something ‘really important’ appearing that he couldn’t ‘get out of’.
Looks like he actually remembered he had a wife during this moment.
To no-one’s surprise, Nicola hit the bottle after Sadie’s visit. Spiralling over her entire marriage being a con, she then tried to kiss Kev Barton (Chris Coghill) and felt incredibly foolish after.
