‘Teen Mom’ Mackenzie McKee Gives Birth After Scary Complications
Mackenzie McKee has recently given birth to her twins with fiancé Khesanio Hall. This marks the Teen Mom star becoming a mother of five. The good news comes just as Mackenzie underwent scary complications during the pregnancy. With the news, fans have been congratulating the couple on social media.

Mackenzie first became known to audiences for appearing on 16 and Pregnant in 2011. Eventually, she appeared on various Teen Mom programs, including Teen Mom 3, Teen Mom OG, and Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
Mackenzie became pregnant with her first child with then-boyfriend, Josh McKee, giving birth to their son in 2011. The couple would have two more children, Jaxie Taylor and Broncs Weston.
However, Mackenzie and Josh announced their separation in 2022. Since then, Mackenzie announced she was engaged to Jamaican soccer player Khesanio Hall. Back in March 2025, it was announced that the couple was expecting twins.

In a carousel post, McKee was seen in her hospital bed while Hall was right by her side. In another photo, Mackenzie could be seen reaching out to her baby’s hand while they were in a hospital incubator.
Mackenzie had kept fans updated about her pregnancy on social media over the past months. In one such video, she shared that fans told her to get a second opinion as she suffered complications, noting she didn’t “have knees” at one point. In another post on social media, Mackenzie also shared she went through six hours of blood transfusions.
