Catelynn Lowell’s Shocking Reason She ‘Harasses’ Carly
When Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra gave up Carly as teenagers, it was not easy. Yet, they felt that it was the best decision for her and them. They did an open adoption with Brandon and Teresa Davis which allowed them to see Carly every year. The visits helped immensely and Carly even attended Catelynn and Tyler’s wedding. She got to meet her sisters and form a bond with them. Cate and Tyler’s daughter, Nova loves Carly so much that she asks when they can see her again.
Unfortunately, a visit was not in the cards for Carly’s 15th birthday. Brandon and Teresa also blocked Catelynn. She showed all of the texts leading up to this as she gave updates and shared photos of her other daughters. Essentially, she felt like she was keeping Carly in the loop but it was a bit much. She then went on social media rants, slamming Carly’s adoptive parents. Fans told her to simmer down as Carly could see this one day but now she is shedding light on why she “harassed” them so much.
Per Catelynn Lowell’s Instagram stories, she was told that Carly was asking to see her more. She was allegedly asking for Cate and Tyler so she did not think it was what Carly wanted. More so, she noted that if Carly desired to not have any contact, she would have respected this and she would be silent.
Fans and followers saw this and one said this:
- Cate you are HARASSING them. Stop. I’d be absolutely mortified as a teen if anyone related to me posted things like this on social media. If Carly is “most important” to cate, then she would stop.
Mixed Emotions
After Catelynn Lowell posted this side of the story, it evoked mixed emotions from Teen Mom fans. Some felt she did too much while others had sympathy for the situation:
