The GP has been acting very weirdly in recent episodes and she is clearly hiding something. Her phone has buzzing constantly with messages from a mystery person, with her initially claiming it was from a patient.
She’s been seen hiding her phone from people and that continues this week, ahead of a discovery next week. Spoilers for next week have hinted at a blackmail storyline for the doctor, while nothing has been revealed about what she’s hiding, what the messages are and who has sent them.
As for her mystery secret, fans think they might have figured out what it is and who it might involve. After a spoiler hinted at her having a dating profile and that her former personal trainer Billy Fletcher might be intrigued by this, fans think they know what is on the cards.
Taking to social media they questioned whether Manpreet’s suspicious behaviour was down to her sharing sordid messages with none other than Billy. They wondered whether she might be trying to conceal her dating profile, but this would not really lead to a blackmailing situation.

So is Manpreet hiding something about the profile, or might she be hiding secret contact with another villager? Could said villager then blackmail her over this, or might someone find out about the messages and threaten to spill the beans?
The truth will likely be revealed this week with Thursday’s episodes set to air flashbacks for Manpreet. But fans think they already know what the case is, and it could lead to drama for Billy who is married to Dawn Fletcher, amid Dawn’s affair with Joe Tate.
One theory online from a viewer read: “I’m sure I saw a spoiler that suggests she’s set up an online dating profile. She’s a professional woman so that could be something she wouldn’t want people to know about.”
Thinking there was more to it than that, one fan suggested: “But surely there would have to be more than just being on a dating app? It can’t be that shocking for a GP to be on Tinder? I don’t see why that would be so scandalous?
