King Charles Appears Lost Without Camilla by His Side Amid Her Health Battle

Dù bị mọi người căm ghét nhưng bà Camilla được nhận định là một hoàng hậu tốt khi chồng lên làm vua vì điều này

Queen Camilla is currently bedridden with the flu, and her husband, King Charles, has appeared surprisingly unsure in his recent solo appearances.

Over the past weekend, King Charles (75) appeared before a waiting crowd at Remembrance Day events with a slightly hunched posture, clasped hands, and a questioning look. Remembrance Day, celebrated every year on November 11 throughout the Commonwealth, commemorates the end of World War I and fallen soldiers. Charles was supposed to attend these significant events with his wife, Queen Camilla (77), but she had to stay home due to illness.

Of course, King Charles did not attend the “Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance” at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday evening (November 9) alone. The monarch received support from his son Prince William (42) and William’s wife Princess Kate (42). His sister, Princess Anne (74), was also there to back Charles. However, as a body language expert noted in a conversation with OK!, the head of the Royal Family looked genuinely intimidated.

Darren Stanton, an expert, explained Charles’s uncertain demeanor: “Charles looks like a lost sheep without Camilla by his side; he’s always looking around for her, as she is his rock, his support.” Stanton added, “He genuinely seems to enjoy his visit to the Royal Albert Hall, but his body language indicates he feels like a fish out of water. Without Camilla there, it feels as though a part of him is missing.”

Camilla had previously announced in an official statement that she could not participate in the celebrations due to a respiratory infection. The Queen, who has a deep connection to the British army, especially through her father Major Bruce Shand (1917–2006), expressed that she would commemorate the day at home.

Fortunately, Charles could rely on his younger sister’s support during his public appearance, as Darren Stanton also noted: “Princess Anne is there to support Charles, and her presence helps ease the discomfort he feels without Camilla.” Although Charles is smiling, a noticeable sadness over Camilla’s absence lingers: “He smiles, but there is also a clear sadness that Camilla couldn’t join him.”
