Teen Mom

Chelsea Houska is one of the few Teen Mom stars who leads a lowkey and genuine life, rarely making headlines for controversies. She first appeared on 16 and Pregnant before joining its spin-off series. Although she has stepped away from the spotlight, she continues to share her life on social media.

Chelsea focuses on her family and prefers to keep a private life. She is married to Cole DeBoer and the couple has three kids together. They also own Down Home DeBoers, a store catering to home goods needs. Additionally, they star in a HGTV show, Down Home Fab, which features their home design projects. Recently, the couple confirmed that the show has been renewed for a third season!

Teen Mom star Chelsea Houska dedicates her life to revamping houses with her husband, Cole DeBoer. The couple also started their own home decor store, Down Home by DeBoers, in March. In addition, they have an HGTV series, Down Home Fab, which began in February 2023. The show achieved the network’s highest ratings for a freshman series since May 2022.

Thus, a second season was confirmed. Recently, Chelsea and Cole announced more exciting news about the show’s future on Instagram. The network sent the Teen Mom couple a few packages, including a scented candle, an ice cream stuffed toy, and a notebook. The final package revealed that Down Home Fab has been green-lit for a third season.

Cole looked surprised at the news, and Chelsea expressed how much it meant to them. HGTV has yet to announce the number of episodes in season 3. Notably, seasons 1 and 2 had 6 and 8 episodes, respectively. However, fans hope for longer seasons.

Following the announcement, Chelsea asked homeowners living within 40 minutes of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to contact them if they want their home renovated on Season 3. The qualified applicants must have a home that is “in need of a FABULOUS facelift” and “have an existing budget” to pay for the renovation. Fans filled the comments with congratulatory messages.

Taking note of their fame, Chelsea and Cole opened a store of their own, Down Home by DeBoers. The Teen Mom stars were preparing for the grand opening of the store before a BMW crashed into their shop’s window. Following the incident, the store closed for the weekend. It remained closed on the 17th of the month with plans to reopen the next day.

Fans felt relieved to learn that the damage wasn’t severe. Cole and Chelsea also planned to resume operations soon. Reports confirmed that neither Cole nor Chelsea were present during the accident. However, they quickly arrived at the scene after receiving the news. They have not shared further details about the incident.
