Hannah Jiles has undergone a remarkable weight-loss transformation since filming Love Is Blind. The 27-year-old West Virginia native made her reality TV debut in Netflix’s Love Is Blind season 7. She entered the pods alongside 28 other singles from the Washington area to find their soulmate. Hannah tried her luck with several guys during the show. She got into a love triangle with a football player, Nick Dorka, and an art dealer, Leo Braudy, testing the waters to see which way she must swim. Over the months, Hannah did various things to get back in shape. She dropped 75 pounds and became the best version of herself. Recently, Hannah appeared in an interview with US Weekly, where she talked about her struggles and what motivated her to lose weight. She said, “I think it’s a lot of um, just like, feeling better about myself and a little bit of revenge.”
Hannah‘s latest photos show how far she has come within the last three years. She has toned her body and achieved glowing skin, making her look much younger. Hannah also discussed how much weight she gained during the COVID-19 pandemic. She said, “I was 220 lbs before the show, then when we filmed, I was 175, so I think it was like 45ish pounds, and then now I’m around 145.” The Love is Blind star also revealed some of the biggest reasons she gained weight. She said, “I’m one of those people when I have a lot of anxiety too I eat.” Hannah noted that she often relied on food to cope with the stress, which made her feel better.
Hannah also revealed some other reasons she gained weight during the COVID-19 pandemic. She said, “I like to eat, I like to binge eat,” admitting that her food addiction caused her to put on a few pounds. In addition to Hannah’s former eating habits, her lifestyle also played a role in her sudden weight gain. She recently told the cameras, “I don’t like working out, so it’s been issues.” According to Hannah, she also gained weight, like many others, because of the lockdown.

Hannah admitted it was mainly weight loss but also a few cosmetic procedures. She added, “post show, back in June I got a syringe in my lips, I got Botox in my forehead and then I got hair extensions.”

Hannah shared all the ways she maintained her weight after losing over 70 pounds. She said her transformation began when she reflected upon herself during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hannah felt unhappy about her weight gain and never did anything to lose it. She added, “I was like I’m going to lose some weight, so I started like running, which I don’t run.” Hannah also started watching what she ate in addition to exercising. Hannah admitted eating healthily and adding running to her fitness routine. All these things collectively helped her lose 45 pounds naturally.
Hannah emphasized that she doesn’t enjoy working out. She no longer runs to stay lean but engages in other physical activities to maintain her weight. Hannah occasionally does Pilates and only eats when she is hungry. She mentioned using her obsessive-compulsive disorder to her advantage by cleaning frequently, which prevents her from living a sedentary lifestyle. Hannah stated her new lifestyle change had made her feel much happier. The Love Is Blind star primarily maintains her weight loss by being more mindful of her food consumption than before.
