Teen Mom Maci Bookout’s husband’s clothing company ‘at risk’ of ‘financial distress’ as state dissolves business license
Taylor, 35, owns TTM Lifestyle, as his clothing company has been featured on the show and is often worn by his co-stars.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the Tennessee Secretary of State’s office dissolved the license on August 10, 2024.
A representative from the office confirmed the business license was dissolved because the annual report for TTM Lifestyle was not filed on the due date of April 1, 2024.
Taylor, who is listed as the owner of the company, must file the report and a reinstatement form to keep the license active.
The LLC is currently listed as “inactive” and “not in good standing,” though he is allowed to continue operations for the business.
A business license for the company was first filed in 2015.
The U.S. Sun could also confirm through Experian that the business’ credit score is currently 46 out of 100, which is considered “medium risk.”
The report explains, “This score predicts the likelihood of serious credit delinquencies within the next 12 months.”
As for the Financial Stability Risk Rating, TTM Lifestyle received a three out of five, which indicates a medium potential risk of severe financial distress within the next 12 months.
This specific rating also “predicts the likelihood of payment default and/or bankruptcy within the next 12 months,” according to the report.
Despite the business woes, Taylor continues to promote the clothing company through the business’ Instagram account.
The collection includes t-shirts for around $28.95, jerseys for $59.99, hoodies for 64.95 and more.
Representatives for Maci, Taylor and TTM Lifestyle did not respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.

This comes as the couple is experiencing financial issues.

On May 10th, the couple was hit with another federal lien of $86,620.
Two liens were then filed on February 7 for $105,346 and $49,383 in just Maci’s name.
In 2023, Maci and Taylor were hit with a federal tax lien for $143,413.
As of June 2024, all liens remain unpaid.
Maci, 33, is mom to Bentley, 15, who she shares with ex Ryan Edwards, and Jayde, 9, and Maverick, 8, with her husband.
The family lives in a stunning four-bedroom, four-bathroom home purchased in 2018 for $625,000 in Ooltewah, Tennessee.
While Taylor has his clothing company, Maci is co-host of The Expired Podcast.
The family also appears on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, though the series could be nearing the end.
The season premiere kicked off with low ratings, as only 194,000 viewers tuned in.
